CONGRESS
The Government Accountability Office (GAO) released a study on the U.S. Department of Education’s (ED) efforts to address the teacher shortage.

ADMINISTRATION
President Joe Biden announced his intent to appoint 14 individuals to the National Board for Education Sciences (NBES).

ED posted its final rules on 90/10, prison education programs and change in ownership.
