In a recent letter to U.S. House Education and Workforce Ranking Member Robert C. Scott, Dr. Monty Sullivan, President of Rebuilding America’s Middle Class (RAMC), a coalition of community colleges, and president of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System, expressed RAMC’s appreciation for Rep. Scott’s leadership on the Jobs to Compete Act and RAMC’s continued effort to help the Committee pass short term Pell legislation this Congress.
