In a recent letter to Congressional leadership, Dr. Monty Sullivan, President of Rebuilding America’s Middle Class (RAMC), a coalition of community colleges, and president of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System, expressed RAMC’s support for A Stronger Workforce for America Act, the bipartisan, bicameral agreement reached to reauthorize and make critical improvements to the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
