In a recent letter to the U.S. Department of Education, Dr. Monty Sullivan, President of Rebuilding America’s Middle Class (RAMC), a coalition of community colleges, and president of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System, urged the Department to release all withheld Federal funding to the States, especially Adult Education funding. The letter acknowledges the impact that the withheld funding has on the education continuum, noting the significant effects on postsecondary education.
