In a recent letter to the U.S Department of Education, Dr. Monty Sullivan, President of Rebuilding America’s Middle Class (RAMC), a coalition of community colleges, and president of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System, expressed RAMC’s willingness to assist the Department in the implementation of Workforce Pell. The letter stated that RAMC members are well equipped with the knowledge needed to assist the Department in its efforts to maximize the benefit of this new authority and are looking forward to working with the Department to ensure effective implementation of Workforce Pell by July 1, 2026.
