In a public comment letter to the U.S. Department of Education, Dr. Monty Sullivan, President of Rebuilding America’s Middle Class (RAMC), a coalition of community colleges, and president of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System, urged the Department to consider issues that may arise as it undertakes the process of rulemaking for Workforce Pell and other authorities passed into law.
