In a letter to the U.S. Department of Education, Dr. Monty Sullivan, President of Rebuilding America’s Middle Class (RAMC), a coalition of community colleges, and president of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System, provided input on the Department’s regulatory proposal to negotiators that reflects the discussion that the committee had during the first part of its negotiated rulemaking session.
