Dr. Monty Sullivan, President of Rebuilding America’s Middle Class (RAMC), a coalition of community colleges, and president of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System, thanked Chairwoman Foxx and Rep. Stefanik for the introduction of and leadership on the Promoting Employment and Lifelong Learning (PELL) Act. Dr. Sullivan emphasized the importance of short-term PELL legislation and pledged RAMC’s continued work with policymakers to enact such legislation this Congress.
