CONGRESS

The U.S. House of Representatives passed the Fiscal Responsibility Act of 2023 on a 314-117 vote and the U.S. Senate passed the same legislation on a 63-36 vote.

ADMINISTRATION

The U.S. Department of Education (ED) announced that it expects to publish final versions of updates to Title IX regulations in October 2023.
