In a recent letter to U.S. Senators, Dr. Monty Sullivan, President of Rebuilding America’s Middle Class (RAMC), a coalition of community colleges, and president of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System, expressed RAMC’s support for the expansion of Pell Grant eligibility to short-term programs (often called “short-term Pell” or “Workforce Pell”) and expressed RAMC’s continued effort to help pass Workforce Pell legislation this Congress.
