In two letters, one to Congressional Appropriators and one to the U.S. Department of Education, Dr. Monty Sullivan, President of Rebuilding America’s Middle Class (RAMC), a coalition of community colleges, urged Congress and the Department to support additional funding for Workforce Pell implementation grants through the Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE).
