ADMINISTRATION
The U.S. Department of Education (ED) published a final rule on Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
COURTS
A Federal district court judge indefinitely extended the injunction on the Trump Administration from conducting shutdown-related reductions-in-force.
A Federal district court judge issued a preliminary injunction, enjoining ED from implementing the discontinuation of School-Based Mental Health Services Grants and Mental Health Service Professional Demonstration Grants. The court order also enjoined the reinstitution of discontinuation decisions.
