RAMC Letter urging Congressional Appropriators and Leadership to fully fund the Pell Grant Shortfall and to find a long-term solution to the Pell Grant shortfall.
In two letters, one to Congressional Appropriators and one to Congressional Leadership, Dr. Monty Sullivan, President of Rebuilding America’s Middle Class (RAMC), a coalition of community colleges, and former president of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System, urged Congress to fully fund the Fiscal Year 2026 and 2027 Pell Grant shortfall and further urged Leadership to find a long-term solution to the Pell Grant shortfall to ensure the grant is funded for years to come.
