In a public comment letter to the U.S. Department of Education, Dr. Monty Sullivan, President of Rebuilding America’s Middle Class (RAMC), a coalition of community colleges, responded to a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Workforce Pell. The letter thanks the Department for its work on Workforce Pell to date and urges the Department to address key issues in the regulation to ensure the effective implementation of this important authority.
