In a public comment letter to the U.S. Office of Management and Budget, Dr. Monty Sullivan, President of Rebuilding America’s Middle Class (RAMC), a coalition of community colleges, responded to a proposed rule related to the revisions of the Guidance for Federal Financial Assistance. The letter urges OMB to address key issues in the proposed rule to ensure that community colleges are operationally able to serve students effectively.
